Our water boiler service contracts are designed to keep your hot water system running safely, efficiently, and hygienically all year round. Choose between two or three visits per year for cleaning, descaling, and sanitising your drinking water boiler.
Where water filters are fitted, our engineers will replace them during each scheduled visit to maintain the highest water quality.
Additional Services & Call‑Outs
If you need a breakdown repair or a call‑out outside your scheduled visits, charges are:
£85.00 for the first hour
£15.00 for each additional 15‑minute block
Cost of any replacement parts will be chargeable separately
