How long is the warranty for the water boiler?
Our equipment has a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Warranty runs for 12 months from the delivery date. The Warranty covers parts & labour for technical faults, but is NOT valid if the issue is caused by scale build-up due to the lack of a filter.

Could you arrange the installation of the water boiler?
Prices from only £99 + VAT, we install using our professionally qualified engineers.

Can the water boiler be installed to tank-fed water?
These can only be installed to tank water if it is a sealed tank and certified as chlorinated annually.

How long will a typical installation take for one of your engineers?
Typically, a boiler will take 60 minutes to install. This is subject to boiler site from the water source.

How long from placing an order can we expect delivery?
We can ship and deliver within 72 hours.

Can we order replacement filters from you in the future?
Of course, we would always be happy to supply filters.

Can you supply plumbing fittings for installation?
Yes, if you decide to arrange installation yourselves, we can supply the necessary fittings.

Can you offer service contacts for cleaning, filter changes etc?
Certainly, and we would recommend this for the longevity of your water boiler.

Do you offer maintenance?
If you would like peace of mind regarding maintenance, we would recommend renting rather than purchasing. However, if purchasing is your preferred option, we will be happy to send an engineer for a call-out fee.

Can you service or maintain our existing water boiler purchased elsewhere?
Yes, we would be happy to do so. Please contact us with your model(s) details.

Do you offer an all-inclusive water boiler rental price
Yes, for peace of mind, a rental package covers installation, servicing, and maintenance.
